The professional reports that Alan produces are thorough, honest and detailed, and understandable to the lay person! We have always received independent and objective assessments and advice from him. We know that Alan spends a lot of time at the properties and is always available to give an initial key points verbal update, which is v helpful. Very poor service. Roof was surveyed as a 1, good/excellent condition. Having been in property less than 3 weeks, have found significant leak, and are in the process of suing. I wouldn't recommend Abode, if you want a decent survey.

Surveyor came accross very rude and had no manners. Walked around the house with his dirty boots and didn’t even have the decency to take his shoes off to climb on chair up to loft (we use a chair to get ladder down). So be aware!
